INNER CIRCLECONSULTANCY

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2026

This policy explains how Inner Circle Consultancy Ltd (“Inner Circle”, “I”, “me”) collects and uses personal information when you visit innercx.com or get in touch. I take your privacy seriously and only collect what I need.

Who I am

Inner Circle Consultancy Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described here. The company is registered in England and Wales (company number 17544566), with its registered office at 43 Park Heights, Constitution Hill, Woking, Surrey GU22 7RT.

For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What I collect

When you use the contact form or email me, I receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and optionally your firm, phone number, the service you’re interested in and your message.

I don’t use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website. To understand how many people visit and which pages they view, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

How I use your information

The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your agreement.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information. I use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and handle email:

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent protections, to keep it secure.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case I keep records for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how I use it, or ask me to restrict its use. To do any of these, email [email protected] and I’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. I’d appreciate the chance to put things right first, though.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
